AICE Media Studies

Pitch 1: A little girl's imagination gets out of hand one afternoon. Pitch 2: A girl is doing homework when suddenly she finds a mysterious note left in her book for her.  Pitch 3: A young mom is driving to pick up her son from school, when out of the blue and friend from her past comes her way.  Pitch one is an ideal one for our group, as it can involve girl characters, and our group has four girls. This leaves us options for us to have someone to film, which is good so we don't have to go out of our way to find another cameraman. This, along with the fact that the wording allows for wiggle room, is a pro to pitch 1. However, we would have to take extra steps to find a little girl to play one of the parts, which adds a bit of a challenge, but I think our group is up for that. Pitch 2 is also a reasonable pitch for our group, because we can have one of us acting and the rest of us tackling other responsibilities. However, we are not sure how much we can do with the concept, so...

  For this exciting media project i chose some great people. My group members are Violet Roberts, Mila Rakic, and Addison Walker.  In AS level, I have already worked with violet and mila so i decided to work with them again because i liked their work ethic. Violet is a great cameraman/director. Last year she was always the camera man and did a greta job at holding the phone still. She understood how to hold the camera or where to place the actors so that it would look professional and clean. She would always do her part in the project and was a great person if we ever needed someone to step in. I worked with Mila for the commercial last year. She did a really good job at editing, researching, and just doing her part. She is very nice and wont mind if she had to do a little extra work or get her hands dirty. I have never worked with addison but i have known her for a while. I watched her project from last year and thought she did a really great job at acting and editing. I know...

 Hello!      My name is Dara Sedaka, I live in two house holds. One is with my dad, step mom, and occasionally my sister will come back from college, and border terrier dog named cooper. The other is with my mom, step dad, same sister, and two dogs named bear and little bear and two cats named slider and snowy. First I want to say i'm not quite sure what I want to be or study in college. ever since I was little I wanted to be a veterinarian and since this summer i think im circling back to it. When i signed up for AS level it was because i was really into direction and perhaps wanted to be it when i was older. its still in the back of my mind thats why i chose to continue to A level. some of my interests include painting, drawing, soccer and hanging out with family and friends.
