Cancelation

So far, my group has only had one day of filming. This isn't the best because we have a lot more to film and not enough time. My group and I planned to hang out last weekend and film. We were panning to do Saturday. Friday came a long and we didn't have much communication but it was known that violet and parker would come to my house because siena wasn't able too. On Saturday morning parker asked if we were still doing it and at what time but violet wasn't answering so i said we can always do it another day. when it was 12 i had figured we weren't doing it because violet still hasn't answered and she lives pretty far. So based off this assumption i had made new plans to go with my sister to see my grandparents in Miami. at like 12:30 violet answered asking if we were still doing it and i said we couldn't because i wont be home until later and i have a party at 6. We also couldn't do it Sunday because All of them had a soccer game quite far. I felt pretty bad but at the same time i knew we could do it another day. so we are currently figuring out when to do it. We can't do Tuesday because we all have a test we need to study for the next day and Thursday violet and siena need to pack for their trips during spring break. The most likely outcome will be parker will have to play one of the characters, siena will film, and violet will edit. This is due to the fact that violet will be gone the whole spring break. Siena will be gone for half of it that is why we put her as filming. Since both of the characters aren't always in the frame, we could film the parts where they are when siena is home. then parker and I could film the individual scenes. Although our plans got cancelled on a day where we could all be there, im not worried. I know my group has a gppd work ethic and we will get it done.
