 Today parker, siena and i met up to film. Obviously you can tell from the title that it's not just filming new scenes. We had to re-film the first ones. Why you may ask? well, since violet will be gone for all of spring break, it wouldn't be very wise of us to keep her as an actress considering we cant film with her. Since we already filmed the city scene with her, we had to re film. We had parker replace her since siena will also be away for most of spring break. Instead of starting in the main part of the city like we did last time, we went to a calmer place. you could still see many buildings in the background so it still looked like a city. The scenes that were filmed were all walking. Parker played Naomi, the main character. And i played Skylar. Siena would switch the scenes from tracking shot and a forward shot. The forward shot was easy to film but the tracking was a little more difficult. At first siena tried filming the side parker was on but there were too much stuff that would get in her way. She switched to my side. It ended up working out but there were a few times she almost tripped. Today was pretty windy so we were a little worried about the way we would sound on camera and if you could hear. Parker suggested cupping the speak that way it would block out the wind. We used all three of our phones as well, mine for filming, Siena's for the script and parkers for the storyboard. Today was a really easy filming day and it was fun!

  “Time For Dinner” the short film portrays imagination through a young child's eyes. Toys may just look like plastic things with no life to them to us now, but we did not always think that way. Adults once too would sit for hours at a time playing with those ‘plastic things’. Somehow, our brain was able to create a whole new world with characters we created, and sometimes we would forget the real world for a second. It seems as though no one truly recognizes or appreciates imagination, and that is exactly what I wanted to show with this short film.  My movie represents children's imagination and how things children see in everyday life can affect their mind.   CAMS:  There is no music video for our song choice, Are we still friends by Tyler The Creator, so we looked at his othe songs to do our research. We noticed a lot of usage of tracking shots. A character would be seen traveling from place to place. Also, the camera would pan across the landscape to show establishing shots a lot. There are also a lot of close ups and POV shots.  CLAMPS: The costumes are regular attire for the most part, nothing exactly special. Lighting depends on the scene, but a lot of his videos have an outside setting . As far as acting, we can see real emotion in all of the actors' facial expressions. The music is obviously the song in the background. Props used a lot were phones, food, and cars. The setting was generally outside, with a lot of nature, or inside with low depressing lighting because most of his songs are on the sad side.  SOUND: The sound is the song in the background, there are a decent amount of beat drops in Tyler The Creator'...

      For my group project some may say I got lucky. I get to work with my three other friends. This may not seem like the best idea but i know they are smart hardworking individuals. I will start with myself and my task in this project. I said in my intro that I have some talent in the artistry department so that will be my job. For the story board it is important that is is easy to understand with well drawn pictures.      S econd we have Mila, I met mila last year and which is surprising because of everything with COVID. she has a very intelligent mind and a good creative eye. this means she is our editor.
